To get up early don’t take much pressure and just follow some simple steps. Start slowly by getting up early just 15 minutes of your regular schedule for the first few days and 20 minutes early for the next few days and continue until you reach your goal time. Then stick to that sleep schedule. Make sure that you have enough sleeping hours. Experts say that you should sleep at least seven to nine hours of Qualitative sleep time.
